I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to appeal regarding a missing item that was not delivered.

I have evidence in the form of conversations with two riders who admitted to not having the missing item with them. To elaborate, only one rider arrived, and there is only one picture as proof of delivery. However, since there were supposed to be two riders, there should have been two pictures as proof of delivery. Despite bringing this to the attention of Pandamart, there has been no action taken.

I believe that the company should take responsibility for the missing item and conduct an investigation regarding this matter. The reputation of the company hinges on the proper delivery of items, especially since payment has been made.

I am hopeful that this mistake can be rectified promptly.

Your swift action in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Food Panda Customer Service Team,

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a concerning incident involving one of your delivery riders who's name is Aljun Ken S. Colita and a double order placed through the Food Panda app.

On March 7, 2024, my 17-year-old daughter placed an order through the Food Panda app for delivery.

Unfortunately, the app encountered technical issues and hung during the ordering process. Unaware that the order had been duplicated due to the app malfunction, my daughter attempted to re-place the order to ensure its completion.

Upon delivery, your rider arrived with two identical orders, both of which were mistakenly placed due to the app malfunction. However, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the rider resorted to harassment and intimidation towards my daughter. He demanded payment for both orders and threatened my daughter, stating that if she did not comply, he would take further actions that would cause her distress.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the principles of professionalism and customer service.

No individual, especially a minor, should be subjected to such harassment and threats.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, please ensure that my daughter is not charged for the duplicate order caused by the app malfunction.

Secondly, I urge you to thoroughly investigate the conduct of the delivery rider involved and take appropriate disciplinary measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide assurance that my daughter will not face any repercussions or further harassment from the rider or any other representatives of Food Panda.

I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

Poor customer service, been reaching them out for the past 2 days regarding my concern. Instead of replying with something substantial they will end the chat. The problem was on FOOD PANDAs end but instead of encouraging or giving update that is what theyre doing. I order last Monday, the payment was straight up deducted through my online bank but no order arrived and no order details was even given. Up to date no response, no email from Foodpanda about what will happen next.

I using foodpanda to buy groceries a day before ramadhan with my last money after 3 hours of waiting for delivery foodpanda have cancelled my order because lack of rider.. i wanted my refund ASAP because that was my last money to buy groceries for ramadhan.. its have heen 3 day from the incident. There was a technical difficulty with their app which caused me to be charged for an order that was never registered. No response

someone is using my e-mail to sign up for apps and services in the Philippines. I have sent multuple requests to this company to remove my e-mail from the list and block my e-mail from being used to create a new account with bouncebacks and no response. Instead, I am linked to websites that do not work or block me because again I am not from the Philippines. There are no phone numbers available for me to call to discuss with anyone and even though it has been over a year I am still getting e-mails.

This is to bring to your attention my forgettable experience when I ordered using Food Panda on Februaryu 9, 2024. I started ordering at around 10 a.m.

yet my food order wasn't delivered more than four hours and counting as we speak.

I tried to message you on Facebook, hence it looks like the ones answering was a computer.

I believe Food Panda owes me an apology big time for the inconvenience and I find no excuse for your shortcomings.

Attached here was my order which were not delivered as we speak even if it was already paid via GCASH.

I want an apology from your end and I want to acknowledge whatever shortcoming you had and post it sincerely on social media.

As a media practitioner myself, I take accountability of my actions. I suggest you start doing yours as well.

Please help me for my concern regarding the payment that I send to the reference/account number.. it was mistake and wrong account number ... I send Via Gcash and payment bills was Dragonpay/Dragonloan.. I just want to refund my money po because I dont know the person who order in FoodPanda and the account number that I paid...please tell me who is the person who ordered...

I reported it already at gcash and dragon pay. They said to me that they saw the transaction or reference that it was FOODPANDA merchant. The person that Ive send the was he or she order here in food panda.. I dont know the person and I type the wrong account number..
